I try to ensure that orders are sent out within a week from when payment is made.
However there are times when due to the amount of orders received there may be a delay in orders being sent out.

Postal charges
Due to recent changes by Royal Mail and the new extortionate rates for a worse service I will be regrettably changing my postal charges soon.
The new rates will be implemented with the new shopping cart on Monday 23/05/11 and will based around Royal Mail's prices as stated on their website.
I have set the shipping rates around the weight of items as stated on Royal Mail's website.
